If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days contact the manufacturer if an extended warranty was purchased. Most issues can be resolved by troubleshooting through email. Some cases will need a telephone call to walk through the problem and find the answer. In very rare cases an item might need to be returned.
We are not responsible for any shipping charges.
All returns must be communicated within thirty days of sale. We do not have an exchange program. Returns have a 25% restocking fee. We are not responsible for any problems or damage or assume any liability during transit on returns.
